Just bought 435 cab;
Need advice re winter tires; would prefer after market rims and tires;
London or GTA area; any good deals?

wait for Simply tires (via Red flag deals forum) for early bird group buy. It will happen sometimes in the 2nd week of Sep and runs til end of October (normally). There will be limited enrolment for this early bird. For a package deal, there will be added discount on top of the discounted package deal for you to save a bit more.

Note: If you do end up in this group buy with Simply Tire, it is strongly recommended that you get this package done and swapped in by first week of November (making a reservation is required). Once it pasts this time, the place will be extremely chaotic and busy and certainly as the shop will NOT answer any emails, phone calls, etc. All strictly visit in person.

Wait for winter season to roll around you will get manufacturer discounts. Other suppliers that I have used in the GTA also near Simply Tire are wheelsco in vaughn, tire connection or CEO tire in scarborough.

I purchased my set of wheels (after market) and winter tires from Simply Tire and experience was alright but I'd go with CEO Tire because they were giving a better deal and better customer service (Simply Tire gets way too much volume and they don't seem to care much about individual customers). Unfortunately, I found out about CEO Tire a week after buying my set; CEO Tire offered a better deal on my mom's Touareg and provided the RIGHT tire size compared to Simply Tire... It would have also been cheaper if I'd gone with them for my winter set if I'd known about them earlier.

Manufacture discounts are already done as far as I know (Dec. 15th) so you can't take advantage of them anymore... unless they have other discounts happening which you'd have to look up.
