Looks like power has risen to 355bhp and will be priced around £40k

Cancel your M2 deposits, I can confirm the BMW Gran Turismo concept is quite a tricky beast to handle on the PS3. M4 has much better stability in corners.

M2 is shaping up to be mega a classic.

Looks tasty! I think I may try to hold off changing the Z4 till more details come out about this. 355bhp sounds a bit light to me though... remapped M235is will have more!

Honestly don't think it will need much more, and likely wont get it to avoid M3 territory. Weight saving will be the key to this car. Tuned N55 to 360hp and car under 1400kg is the challenge. That's 100kg less than an M3/4 but with some power down. That would be plenty and then there is always tuning to be done or ZCP in later model life.

I reckon it will be a classic, it's sort of the proper size.

Could be a good power to weight ratio.

That and the 235i looks bloody good

What's this 'need' thing?!

One can always want more power!

But more seriously, the M3 puts out 100bhp more than nearest standard model, which puts it way beyond what a standard remap could achieve. I suppose I would be more interested to hear what else they do to the engine to ensure it's got genuine M credentials...

Even an M235i with the bits you want is over £41k, unless this is a dumbed down M car is has to be more, but as it's keeping the same engine as the M235i it could be around £46k, or lets hope so then maybe I could get one

The problem is put it at 50k and you are in M3 region.

46k makes it very marketable.

Especially with 20% off
