The 400M Rims are not an option in Oz..

In Australia we can only get the 9 spoke 19" 403M sport rims. I have just ordered a Nov. Build AW M Sport 335i and I don't like the 403's particularly on a white car.

I also live in an inner Sydney suburb (without parking) and have no choice but to park it on the gutter (kerb). This murdered the 19" wheels on my previous car.

Does anybody know if there are any plans to bring the 400M's to Australia? If not, can anybody give me any advice as to which 18" rims would look good on this car?

Thanks in advance.

Garage List
OT a bit, but if you're smashing your rims have you considered the parking assist option?

Thanks for that Daibatu Not sure if that will work on an 8" high gutter though. I did actually choose that as one of my options though. The wife loves it!

I suspect that even 18" rims are going to get trashed with everyday parking on an 8" gutter. The main reason, I suppose, is that I'm just not keen on the 19" rims. I can't believe that BMW Australia has not given us the option for the 18" M sports, which in my opinion are a much better looking rim (particularly on a white car).

Anyway, any info or advice is much appreciated!

Short of swapping them out for other wheels/tyres, nothing you can do with M-Sport order here. Personally, I am looking forward to seeing the 403Ms on my car - if BMW ever build it!

Some people have had success with ordering from tirerack in the US. Maybe that could be an option.
