Colour coded by the looks of things with gloss slats very smart

Could be a first for NI , not seen one here yet. Would have to have Oyster interior or better still Opal

The colour is an extra couple of grand, I don't know how that will effect the resale value in a few years though, I can't see it making a massive difference!

I know what you mean about the interior, only thing about the light colours is that they might be easily marked?

At least it won't have the full light interior like the e60/61 Cream Beige Carpets and most trim is black, seat facings and door cards are oyster/opal. Much easier to keep an eye on and deal with if it gets marked.

Well....I visited JKC BMW in Coleraine (N.Ireland) this afternoon and bit the bullet. I ordered my new F31 330d xDrive M Sport Touring with the following spec:

Estoril Blue (I was undecided until today when I seen the three colours that interested me in person. The red just didn't excite me, my current car is white so I decided I wanted a change and the estoril blue car in the car park looked amazing).
Black Dakota leather
Interior comfort package
M Sport Plus Package
Professional Media Package
Visability Package
Electric Folding/Auto-dimming mirrors
Heated front seats
Aluminium Hexagon interior trim with high gloss black finisher
Adaptive M Sport Suspension

Seemingly I should have it at the end of June/first week of July. I played them off against Broadspeed and got a deal that I'm very happy with.

Good choice and a lovely spec, bar mine being mineral grey that's almost identical. You'll love it

I got it sorted with the dealer, it was a misunderstanding.

After doing a bit off reading up I'm kind of regretting not adding the rear view camera to my touring but its in production now according to the dealer so I assume its too late.

Is there anywhere to find out how the production process goes for these, I'm genuinely interested how it all comes together and how long it takes?

Your dealer could send you regularly screen dumps like I did for you.
BUT must confess never done it self other than my fortnightly screen dumps

You will love the car Nick and the team at JKC are absolutely first class to deal with. We have had 3 cars from them. And you chose the best colour.

The waiting is killing me and I'm not even a 1/5 of the way there!! I have to say JKC have been outstanding, they made me feel comfortable from the first time I walked into the showroom (unlike some other dealers I visited when trying to decide what kind of car I wanted). They literally spent hours with me on both occasions when I was in. I would 100% recommend them.

It definitely has the family run experience and the attention to detail and service. Nothing is too much trouble and calls are always answered. I dealt with Ryan and Andrew and I think my 335d was the first one they took delivery of. Certainly when I was taking test drives, no one had a 335d so I ordered blind, having only driven a 330d. They are a superb car. Mine is 18 months old in less than 2 weeks. Almost 17k miles and no issues other than condensation in the tail lights which were replaced under warranty. It may have been a bad batch of lights as there was a thread on here with others having similar issues.
