I was shooting for a 50k budget on my next lease and was originally planning to go with the F30... but once I saw the 435i I decided to go for it. So, I really wanted the M Sport Brakes but was already blowing my budget so decided I could live without them. They look really sweet though! |

Well, you didn't post a lot of the numbers needed in order to know if it's actually a good deal... but basing it off of my numbers, it seems like it IS actually a pretty good deal. We have the same monthly payments (does your payment include tax?), but your MSRP is ~ $3500 more than mine. You are paying $3300 more at signing than I am.. but I'm also using multiple security deposits to keep my payment low.
So, long story short, my rough estimate is that this is a good deal! |

ordered 428xi couple of weeks ago. the vehicle is in production but i'm having second thoughts... only got $1000 off MSRP and the dealer is low balling me on my trade-in by another 1-2 grand.
what kind of deals are you guys getting on the 4 pre-orders? |

I got over 2000 off msrp before using the loyalty and the ultimate drive. Did you leave a large deposite? Did you get an oddball setup?

As for the trade-in, go for a private party sale and you would get a much better value for your car. |

I had one of the earliest production 335 convertibles back in '07 and they held the car at the VPC for about 3 weeks before delivering it to the dealer.

Well, usually the MSRP has about 7% price premium added to the invoice and even at invoice price the dealer still makes money. So yes, the dealer can easily give you more than $1000 off MSRP. However, if you walk away and order a new car from another dealer your wait would be longer. So I guess it depends how quickly do you want to get your new car...

Hi All,
I live on the east coast NY/NJ area and have one on order. Currently 112 status. 435i (I could get by with a 428, but we only live once. MPG at the end of the year is not that much more) M-Sport ( + looks, seats, steering wheel, and suspension) 18" 441 Wheels & Performance Tires (have a B5 S4 for winter days) Black Metallic ( - wish I could get Jet Black and save $550) Black Leather 6sp Manual (MT for life!) Cold Weather (just needed Heated Seats, but for $200 more I figured it was worth the whole package) Tech Package (not necessary, but the inner tech geek in me wanted it!) Lighting Package Power Rear Shade (car will be outside most the time and again just peanuts on how much this car costs) HK Radio (I like to listen to good audio and this is the cheaper route vs. an aftermarket upgrade) Premium Package (I needed Leather! Don't do Leatherette in warm climates!) Dynamic Handling (Needed Comfort mode for my passengers and since I can't test drive the car...I didn't want to take any chances skipping it) Things I passed on... 19" Wheels (bad roads where I live and increases chance of wheel damage, ride quality?, less MPG?, more expansive to replace?) Thanks to all the posters here. It was a big help for me when placing the order. Last edited by pbjr; 09-09-2013 at 07:15 PM.. Reason: Order Modifications |

I ordered an 435i, I found out Tuesday it was already in production. My ED date is Oct 7, 2013 at 9:20 am. I ordered it thru Greg Poland at Pacific BMW in Glendale CA. I was able to add the pickup onto an already paid for trip to Europe.
My itinerary: Sept 20-Sept 28 depart LAX to Rome via Berlin. My wife and I, my brother and his wife renting an apartment up the street from the coliseum. Sept 28 - Oct 5 Paris us four will meet my parents at their timeshare outside Paris. Oct 5 - Oct 8 My wife and I head to Munich while the rest head back to the states. Oct 5 & 6 last weekend of Oktoberfest in Munich. 7th am do ED. In the afternoon we will drive to Neushwanstein Castle. Drive around some, return to Munich. 8th drop car off (short first run with her). Oct 8 & 9 fly to Berlin. Visit Pergamon Museum. Then morning of 9th Berlin to LAX. My build 435i ED base $42,830 Estoril blue $550 Premium Package $2200 (Coral red interior) M Sport $3100 19" wheels $900 Harmon Kardon $875 Delivery $925 Total ED $51,380 Production is expected to be finished sept 7, 2013. Likely paying cash, but am considering a 36 month pre-paid lease in case new model has teething issues I can turn it in at lease end. Otherwise, will buy it off lease at end. Seems like a 2k over 3 year insurance policy. Plus, it allows me room to do another ED on another model in 3 years. Although, I am quite in love with this car at the moment. |

Back to BMW after 15 years, successfully bypassing the chris bangle era!
435i x-drive M Sport Estoril Blue over black dakota, hex al, black trim 18" 441M w/ mixed perf tires (that pulled along increased speed limit) Cold Weather Premium Technology Harman Kardon Very excited to be back to BMW... I loved my E38 740i, and wish I never got rid of my 850Ci! Interestingly, 20 years later, I can get almost the same power with 1/2 the cylinders... 300 vs 295 bhp, and 295 vs 332 lb-ft. Production is supposed to be week 39. |
