Race gas on BMS Stage 1?

Will race gas actually makes car gain power on an N26 with BMS Stage 1 on it?

High octane fuel does not give more power. It's actually less volatile than lower octane fuel. It's used to allow high compression ratios and more aggressive timing that would cause knocking with lower octane fuel.

In other words NO, you need to be specifically tuned for the gas to utilize the benefits and make more power.

No, shouldn't be using race fuel with BMS stage 1

Unleaded race fuel will add power over pump gas both stock and with the Stage1 tune. Anything over 95-96 octane is probably saturation and does nothing extra. So a 50/50 mix is good normally.

It will make more power over regular gas, but it is a waste of money if car is not tuned for it.

Adding race gas will work a lot better with a JB4 vs a Jb stage 1
