I've not got etended storage but would have thought the net linked to works just on the 4 hooks - the one in my mini did and looks pretty similar to the one on the ebay link (but smaller but seems to hook on ok ). I thought extended storage was the plug in rail thing (so not a 'net'?)

The sport line boot liner I've got does a pretty good job at stopping stuff sliding around (due to grip on the surface) so it may be another thing worth looking at rather than changing the boot floor?

Ordered from BMW Dealer the boot floor luggage net today. I'll have it for tomorrow. No need for floor straps. It attaches to the four hooks at the four corners of the boot. Cost £42 inc VAT. Good result.

The other thing I want is the handbrake lever with the red accent. This is £59.41 inc VAT. I'll order this tomorrow once I have a good look at the pictures when I visit the BMW Dealer tomorrow.

I've reused the BMW sourced boot liner from my E91 in the F31, it's not exactly a perfect fit but it's very close (1-2cm here and there). Also it's about 50% of the cost of the F31 boot liner.

Must admit the F31 ones look pretty cool. I've got the black interior so I'd be looking for the all black boot liner.

TMP: I asked them why the picture in the brochure showed a net with fixings on the boot floor. They said it was for a different model. The boot floor net for the F30 is attached to four points in the boot.

Do you have these hooks in your car?

I must have got lucky here as I had two of the cargo nets supplied. An extra perk from the factory no doubt

It is incredibly useful and does a good job of keeping things from rolling around in there.

Two nets usage as effective as two condom usage!
You could have given me one!

NISFAN: Your's is stronger as all edges are braided. But I don't like the latches on the boot floor. I'm happy with my cheapie. Serves its purpose.

No doubt.....just posting pics because I said I would, and there might be others interested in what you get in the extended storage system.

I asked my ex today if she wanted a luggage net. She said she prefers using her wicker baskets in her boot!

TMP: I think you should be able to buy the other fixings from a BMW Parts Dept.
