Minor cosmetic upgrade

VERY minor upgrade but I love the piano black trim so it had to be purchased. Surprisingly, it fit right in the silver custom trim pieces. (for once, it felt like an OEM piece) Matches well with the LCI dash!

Thanks man but I like what you did better! ROFL, I tried getting one without the logo but the dude said he only had one left and it was with the almighty M badge. Yeah, looks real good on my luxury line with no other M badges May the BMW gods help me

if you were local to me than i would have done it for you mate no problem.

i removed the trim and then take headlight switch out which was pretty easy , then did following

prep it with very fine sand paper

20mins gap between each following process

1 coat of plastic primer
2 coats of Black Gloss paint
2 coats of Clear lacquer

or easy way is to get Gloss wrap film and wrap it .

i only did this to match Gloss black line on dash trim and centre trim , pics will show stage of interior mods

let me know how you get on mate .

UKF30 Thanks mate! I'll be starting the process this weekend, much appreciated! I might start by sanding down that trim piece with the M logo first to see if it'll come off Love the finish, looks stock too!

As of today, I've done these mods:

Coding, coding and more coding, lol (video in motion, 7 series startup screen, no disclaimer, pdc/cam disclaimer, mirrors in/windows up on lock hold, etc)
LCI face plate upgrade (lighted)
Under dash/footwell lighting kit for front and rear (8 colors, remote controlled)
Lighted door sills
Shifter surround cover (metal, gray)
Covers on mics, door pull surrounds, speaker surrounds and door locks (more on the way)
idrive controller surround (metal)

Quick video to the footwell lighting kit - https://1drv.ms/v/s!AkHKmnTUFIO1gscGIPSR538OdNEkyQ

Trim mods -

https://1drv.ms/f/s!AkHKmnTUFIO1gtIIC9Us3W_9ymuEag

This is what I'd like to do soon:

AMP/speaker upgrades ASAP
Considering sport seats (power heated but saddle brown is hard to find)
Also considering Stage 1 tune (JB4)
Need non-run craps, lol
Might convert the trunk to power (mod looked difficult though)
M Sport Steering wheel (like yours, not the "electric sport" version)
More carbon fiber (might swap the shifter and/or surround too)
Alacantra center console cover and parking brake
The boot needs a protector mat and bad, lol
Needs real sport pedals!
Modding is always on my mind so....

Needs more than that I'm sure
