I don't know what you mean by "black on black". IMO it looks really classy and sporty, clean and just the way I like it - black seats with aluminum trim.

The only places where i see they failed big time was requiring ZPP with xenons, and not offering a staggered wheel setup on the 328.
Did BMW finally do away with a staggered setup on both the 328 and 335?
If so, YES!
My E46 did not have a staggered setup even with the sport package and i was able to get much better wear from my tires cause I could easily rotate them.

My 135i has a staggered setup and it sucks cause you can only move the tires left to right and the tires build up a wear pattern and then a noise sets in along with the tread wear.

Sort of: The default wheel & tire option, even for Sport Line, is non-staggered.
There is a 19" wheel option with staggered widths for 335i with a "Line." Not available for 335i without a Line.

Without that wheel/tire package even the 335i with SPORT will only get 225 width all around. That seems really stupid for a car with so much torque. Or did I miss something in the pricing charts?

My 135i has 255's on the rear and it still crys for more grip.
They could at least have done 245 all around like Audi gives on the sport A4. BMW can then come with an optional 265 rear with 19's.
Personally I like 18s and no bigger. 18's are the best for looks while keeping unsprung weight down as well as having good prices for replacement tires.

Still no all season sport pkg tire option.
BMW sells a LOT of 3 series sport pkg cars in areas with 4 seasons.
They could at least offer a tire that can be driven in 4 seasons.
I know snow tires are best, but that's not the discussion I want to have.
Simply, it makes no sense to not offer all season tires when getting a sport package, at least make it an OPTION.
There are plenty of very high quality all season performance tires in the market.

Was very upset to see the 18" sportline wheels(which are the best looking imo) dont come in a staggered setup and the 19" are not an option on the 328...fail
