M Performance Rotors.

Hi guys. Please do give some advise on this. I'm currently on M Performance Brake for my F30 330i and the rotors is about time to replace them. Is there any aftermarket disc which are better than the stock ones?

The factory ones are 2 piece design (hub is aluminum) and most aftermarket ones are a one piece design (full iron) that's heavier.

So far I have only seen the following that's a 2 piece design like the BMW ones:
PAGID 355120781 rear slotted and dimpled 345mm
PAGID 355120811 rear blank 345mm
PAGID 355120771 front slotted and simpled 370mm
PAGID 355120831 front blank 370mm

They are cheaper than factory rotors and I think they might be the OE supplier to BMW. You can find these on ebay or rockauto.

Zimmerman also has 2-piece M-Perf style rotor, but they also make a 1-piece one, so you have to verify which one you're getting.

For lighter options Stoptech has the AeroRotor Kit (ARK), and ECS has a two-piece too. Both options are supposed to save 2lbs/rotor (for the 370mm variant). I haven't seen any other styles for the rear rotors.

I have the ARK front rotors (slotted variant). No complaints so far.

I haven't seen the Zimmermann 2 piece. I've only seen the 1 piece listed. But good to know on that as I am almost due for replacement as well.

Perhaps too many drills/slots to be a great braking surface, but certainly much lighter than OEM.

I also use the ECSTuning 2-pc 370mm rotors as above - & I see they just increased the pricing on them, they were <$800 not too long ago...

I bought a full set of powerstop evolution drilled slotted rotors for less than $300. Now they are getting more expensive.

how are those powerstops? I've been thinking about getting them but went with R1 Concepts eLine instead.

I believe Zimmerman is the OE supplier to BMW for brake rotors/discs.
