Sorry guys....


That entire project was put together by IND, and our arrangement with our client was that IND was given exclusive rights to the photos, as we wanted to release the car on our own time, when it was ready.

Of course you're allowed to post anything you want anywhere you want, but for IND, this was an amazing project to be a part of, and we were all very proud of it. We wanted to make sure that the photos taken of the car during it's online release were ones that would do the car justice.

I appreciate your frustration, but I hope you can understand why it was important for us (and for me) to keep a project that I'd spent countless hours putting together under wraps until I felt the time was right.


Please don't think badly of the owner- the request not to post photos until the time was right originated purely at IND.

I don't think the guy is a prick just because he wanted some privacy. It's his car and he should have a say in people taking pictures or posting pictures of the car. You can argue that the owner wasn't around. But if your car was photo-worthy, do you have the time to guard it 24/7?

Plus it is not only a privacy thing. Another poster has pointed out that this is a project car and the official unveiling was still to come.

Car enthusiasts don't respect other people's car projects anymore??

This is lame. His car was in public, hence the public has seen it and pics were taken. Big F'n deal!

Its fine to post it as long as you are not using the picturs for "sale" purpose

Example....post these pictures without owners approval and claim "we have **** and **** products available, PM for pricing".....
then its unappropriate....

if you post the pics just to share with the community with something you saw unique....its totally ok....
