You need BMW assist. It uses your BMW assist login info to gain access.

If you try to go in reverse while the door is open, you know when you're backing a little on your driveway with one leg on the ground and the other on the gas? Car won't let you, sounds a beep and forces transmission to P. Pretty cool and annoying at the same time.

Found it. Google send option uses the email account you used to setup assist. You have to tell it what cak make you have so it knows to go through the BMW system.

I love the send to car through Google. I spam my buddy's F25 X3 with destinations at least a couple times a week. haha
I know payback will be a pain in the rear though as soon as I get mine.

The comfort access does not work if I'm holding my cell phone next to the door handle or if I'm holding the key fob next to my cell phone. I have to keep my cell phone at a distance for it to work.

Always have the key fob in the same trouser pocket as my mobile phone and it always works (unlocks) when I pull on the door handle. |

If you dont have the auto high beam you have 3 choices. 1. Leave high beams on and disturb everyone on the road 2. Leave high beams off and hit a deer 3. Keep your hand on the switch during the trip, do on/off every minute. For sure It is not a must but I think it becomes handy sometimes. |

I found out that if you rapidly decrease speed using cruise control the car will brake for you. My e46 would just just coast until it hit its new speed.

My E90 had it as well. The adaptive and active cruise control both use the brakes. My E90 came standard with the Adaptive cruise.
