Yea I received mine and the powder coating is terrible! I didn't even bother to look inside but yeah you are right, mine also don't have the welds grinded down.

We didn’t coat the flange due to sealing issues that are common when the coating meets the inside of the flange. Both flanges are not visible when the chargepipe isn’t installed.

So just a question, are you saying it's ok to put out a product that doesn't look like it was professionally finished? Just because it's not visible?

Getting frustrated at the lack of communication from vrsf. Sent a PM, as well as a 'contact' through the website.

Site no longer showing the 'ETA' for the chargepipes which is leading me to believe that they are in stock...

and if it is in stock, why am i still sitting here after a month and a half with a BNIB with poor welds.

I got my charge pipe shipped from the Friday 1/19 that I ordered back in December. Right on schedule with what they said about late January for restocking time. They ship out of the northeast and I live in ny. Got it in a day. Be patient. I'm sure it's on it's way soon

Did you order direct from them?

I went through xph, so i dont know if VRSF even has any of my shipping info. I sent another email documenting the situation last week and all i got was a "yes we have them in stock"....

All orders fro us get processed same day.
So yes VRSF do have your shipping info.

As mentioned above, be patient all orders will be processed and sent out.

Orders from xph but they just drop ship from vrsf. Xph doesn't hold inventory. They just order from vrsf and then vrsf ships it to you.

I've given up on VRSF. My patience has worn thin and I'm still sitting here without a chargepipe. Been a week after they recieved my crap one.

At this point im asking for a refund and going with another brand. Honestly they lost me as a customer at this point.

I may even consider selling the HD intercooler, i have no confidence at this point in the off chance that even that has some QC issues, that i would get an immediate resolution.

Their lack of communication with a paying customer is incredibly frustrating.

That's terrible sorry to hear that, although my charge pipe had cosmetic defeats it was still functional. In regards to communication I had ordered directly from VRSF, when I reached out to them with complaints they responded to me within 24-48hrs and they managed to keep me as a satisfied customer so I'm surprised they haven't been consistent in that regard, so hopefully they get back to you soon.

Thats not accurate, please check with us before posting statements you are not sure about.

We hold VRSF inventory and ship most stuff from our location, due to all the sales and low availability we have been drop shipping a lot of the order from VRSF direct but that not the norm

Both my FMIC and charge pipe were shipped out of boston. I saw it as a plus since i got it in a day instead of 4 if it were to ship from vegas.

Yep I'm surprised as well. Its unfortunate that these are the first products I purchased for my car and this is the experience. Latest updates from me were:

Feb 7: I let them know my returned CP would arrive to them by the 8th
Feb 7: Got a response back "Can't wait to get it back so we can send you your new unit"
Feb 8: Per Fedex, chargepipe was dropped off
Feb 12: I asked if any updates

nothing but crickets.

The timing doesn't even bother me, sure, its only been a week since they got my returned unit. But have hte courtesy to say "hey i got your cp" "hey we will ship out soon" "hey something happened i cant ship out today". SOMETHING.
