BMW Military Sales
BMW military car sales is the best deal out there. If you are military deployed overseas then the discount is 10% off MSRP. You have to go through an authorized BMW military car sales dealer. You can find them at www.bmw-Special-sales.com/en/topics/military-sales/overview.html. Any US military (probably others too) that are deployed or TDY outside the US can use this. If you are in Germany then you have to get a VAT (Value Added Tax) slip, which is easy if your paperwork is in order.
If you are in the US then BMW USA will give you a $2500 credit. |

Not sure about the USA discount, for the 10% discount you have to be on orders in Germany |

I bought my 435i when I was stationed in Germany. Great deal, smooth process, I only regret not doing delivery at BMW Welt. Ten years earlier, I bought a 330ci when I was passing through Rota, Spain. Also a great deal and smooth process, and it was delivered to a BMW dealer local to me after I was back in CONUS.

I got screwed. Yes, no tax and cheaper car. However, my 2016 Gran Coupe 428i came with a 4/50,000 warranty WITH the same in a service package. While in Germany, Euler dealership didn't honor the service package, I paid out-of-pocket. Got stateside with only a year left and was told Euler was supposed to have honored my oil changes being "free". All those oil changes added up to $1,000!!
