I was told there's no currently running loyalty program from BMW. Is this a regional thing? It doesn't show on their website.

I just know I've seen people get even better deals over in the lease pricing thread. And most people do pay lower feed but it is pretty much a wash with how low his payment is.

1) No one pays below $925 (mandatory) acquisition fee. The only fee possibly to waive would have been the $85 docs fee which would lower the payment by a $1
2) Other people get better monthly rate (36m/10k) by:
a. Negotiating better sale price (I think the OP has done well there)
b. Using incentives (I've used $2k on mine)
c. Using MSDs (which we already discussed)

A 340i comes standard with non-adaptive LED headlights and LED fogs.
