It's really not much of a gap, about the thickness of the 3M tape. It looks twice as thick in that photo because of the reflection in the freshly polished black paintwork.

Where did you get the bits from? Any particular brand or seller?

Interested in seeing what options are there for my 430D GC which arrives in a few weeks but as it's only a lease car I won't be shelling out on genuine bits apart from the grilles!

Have the same gap on mine....it looks fine tho. But i know some people are ultra ocd but unless you go up and sniff that front end I ain't complaining about about $150(CDN) lip.
