top speed limiter in sportline?

Dont understand why the car tops at 130mph My car is sportline 328i with the 8speed transmission, paddle shifters, msport suspension. It got S2A5A 18"LM RAEDER DOPPELSPEICHE 397 BMW LA wheel, Double Spoke 397 with Continental ContiSportContact 5 SSR Max Performance Summer. Can someone program option 840a to have a higher speed limiter? Thanks
