Just for some information, finally got a reply from BMW Australia and their reply was that all their RHD cars will be lower on the right suspension due to the car being designed for LHD and fuel + battery weight making the car lower on the drivers side here in RHD land. Suspension is unadjustable also. Up to a 3cm drop is acceptable.
Well that was a disappointing result, seeing as how the average Aussie male weighs around 130kg, the drop is unacceptable imo.
Going to go and see a suspension mechanic to see if they can raise the car to be level again.

I just measured the height of my car from level ground to the top of the rear arch. Both sides sit at around 68.5 cms.

Before you see the mechanic maybe reply to them and say you are getting an independent view on this from an accredited independent bmw shop. You will take the findings to the ACCC if they find an issue with your car.

So does it affect your handling? Could arguably be a safety issue.

I couldnt accept that.

At the end of the email they said it does not affect the handling, sadly I cannot see how far the car sinks when I sit on it, gonna have to get someone from work around the same weight to see, will take a pic too from the rear so you can see what I mean.

Please cite references for your statement as I believe this to be a gross exaggeration.

Here's a good starting point as per MarkyMark's post above:

Lol maybe I should have added "around here" at the end of that statement and by here I mean geographically where I am and not these forums.
