What car did you come from before the 3 GT?

GT is a unique body type that not many manufacturer has similar to offer. We all have our own reasons why we love the GT.

I always wonder what vehicle would the GT owners previously own before the GT?

I came from X1.

I "will" be coming from an E39 540iT. The 3 GT is almost functionally the same as the iT but in a much more modern package as well as better back seat room. I'm thinking of waiting another 6 months and factory order a 2017 340GT. Euro delivery is also a possibility. But it appears with the reduction of the Euro discount, not much of the vacation is covered with the savings.

I am a big fans of wagon. I used to have a E91 in Le Man Blue. In my opinion E39 will be a future classic as it is such a well balances vehicle in terms of praticallity and its status. Are you going to trade in the E39 or going to add the F34 to your collection? Any photo?

I will be getting rid of the car, only have a 2 bay garage. Even though I was told (by the BMW USA corporate manager) the 540iT M-sport was the rarest modem day car BMW ever imported, it has little market value. Hopefully I can find someone who can appreciate it's uniqueness and keep it going. I have kept it fully maintained, at 160K miles she is showing her age but still runs good, everything works, no dead pixels! I'm getting too old to be crawling under cars anymore to do repairs.

328i GT Luxury.
Yes . . I'm on my second GT now.

Before the 328 GT it was an E92 325. Before that a whole stream of BMWs.

I am a bit of a hoarder I guess, still have my previous vehicles and just added the GT to the mix. 03 Z4, Ram truck with a 5.7l hemi, and a Harley of course.
