(F30) Official BLACK F30 Photo Thread

Just finished building TreDirtyFive's 335 M-Sport with M-Performance parts. The result is very technical looking, and the mix of matte black and gloss Black Sapphire is very stealth like and understated-which is a great thing.

Front M-Performance Splitter:

Rear M-Performance Diffuser with matte black reflectors:

M-Performance side skirt blades:

I say matte black grills to keep the industrial ironman look going, considering all the other M Perf parts, outside of the carbon fiber stuff, is matte black. Plus, the M-Perf gloss black does not match any color on BSM as BSM is more like an ultra dark gray in light and the grills are more jet black. But, hey, this IMHO. But your car looks great!

Mine. BC forged wheels with KW V2. Happy as it is now. Altho im considering the m-sports bumper with lip. But considering im not gonna compromise the height, front clearance will be very minimal.

It wasnt too bad. I only drive about a mile commutting to work so I do luck out. Im sure if I was trecking though deep snow it might be a little tricky with just all season tires. I figured the amount of days in a given year we actually have to deal with deep snow on the road is minimal.

Oh and I love Tony and Ann's pizza in Dracut!

Hi, I'm new to these forums and I'd like to share my M-sport Black 328i. I apologize in advance for the poor picture quality...

The car is equipped with the following:

-M Perf Body kit
-M Perf Grille
-M Perf rear spoiler
-M Perf Exhaust
-M Perf Suspension

The wheels are just the M Sport OEM 19 inch ones, but I painted them in Ferric Gray. I also installed 5MM H&R spacers to the front and rear. As you can see, they still don't push the wheels out enough. Another 5MM would be perfect.

I loved! Thank you for the pics.

Question, so your car is not M, you had to buy and install all those parts?

About the H&R 5mm Wheel Spacers, did you have to buy the "Extended Wheel Bolt for BMW F30"?

Who painted your rims? Yourself or a professional, they look out of this world, just perfect.

Thank you again.

Just purchased my fully loaded and upgraded F30 last Friday and in love.

Since last week I have tinted the windows 35% all around and 40% on the windshield and it looks fantastic! Last night my buddy and I installed the H&R Sport Springs and to tell you the truth I have read several of the posts on here in regards to the springs and most members say that it doesnt affect the ride quality and are really happy with the springs.. and to be truthful in the past 24 hours I noticed that the car does have bounce to the ride and I simply do not like it. I think the car looked better at factory height. I feel like my car now looks like it would be a teenagers with rich parents driving a lowered Bimmer..and no I'm not old im 23 married and make my own living lol I know I may sound like im a geezer. The ride quality was without a doubt flawless when factory. I think I will go throw back my factory springs at some point this weekend. (Fyi I have seen numerous pictures of F30 owners with the H&R sports and It seems like its lower in person than pictures show)

Car looks awesome. I have the same one sitting in my driveway too. I agree on the lowering. While I think when lowered properly these cars look bad ass. I also think what you give up in ride is not at all worth it. for me this is a DD and I like comfort and a non harsh ride. I have had many lowered cars in my past and would tire real quick of the shit ride. I spent countless hours and money trying to convince myself it was not that bad and the looks were worth it. Well with my f30, I have finally decided that stock looks just fine for me and the looks of a slammed car for me is not worth it. JMHO. Congrats on your new ride.

Honestly its both looks and shitty ride quality that I am not happy with.. I personally feel that my car looks ghetto with the H&R Sport. I really am happy with the factory height its not monster truck looking like most other car makers. Bmw has put all their effort for a reason in the geometry of making our F30 the way it comes stock. I feel like a lowered black sled shoveling the dust off the pavement lol. It is a bummer that I am not going to be able to return my springs to Tire Rack as they don't accept mounted springs.. I am going to have to private sale them on CL.

I am planning on taking some awesome high res. photos around Miami once I raise her back to factory height!

to answer your questions:

-The car is the M sport version, I just added the M performance stuff to it.
- Yes, you have to buy the extended wheel bolts with the spacers.
- The rims were professionally done.

Hopefully I can take some pictures when the sun comes out. It's been quite dreary over here in Hong Kong in the past week.

How about selling them on here. There are plenty here that love a lowered ride and would jump on a deal.
