Is this M Sport Steering Wheel a Match?

Can you guys help me out and let me know if this particular steering wheel and airbag will be a match for my 2014 320i Xdrive?

I've been scouring the internet and can't seem to find a definitive match for any of the serial numbers. I, and the seller, appear to be clueless.

Thanks in advance!

Best way to know what parts do match will be to just use the BMW USA parts site or use the BMW Parts Wholesale website. Just plug in your model and it will give you a breakdown of what will fit based on model.

Yeah, I've been using the site I linked below, but honestly, it's a bit confusing with all the different options they have listed.

The part number the seller has listed does partially match up to a series of numbers on the airbag. Which also matches up to the part number for the airbag that RealOEM website says I need.

The first thing you need to do is check http://www.airbagrecall.com/home/ as the Takata airbags have a huge recall right now for killing people! Don't take a chance buying a airbag that is part of a recall....even if it is cheap!

Thank you. Any way of checking it without having the original car's VIN?

I would check with a dealership parts counter, many of the guys are pretty cool with running things. Safety is important and him dodging the question would make me worry. Just my opinion, since I work in aerospace...I don't leave shit to chance.

Found another M Sport wheel for around the same price that came off a 2016 F30.

Will the newer wheel/airbag throw any codes?

You guys have any idea why some airbags have the second blue connection and some don't? Supposedly, same part numbers.

Here's the inside of my current 'no line' wheel, behind the airbag. It clearly looks like I'll need that second blue connector, right?

May have just answered my own question...

It looks like that white connector on my current wheel comes from the multifunction controls and that the new wheel (pictured below) doesn't have that.

So confusing!
