its not the dealer "giving" the incentive. it is through BMW. As, stated previously: must be employed for 90 days, can only do 2 cars/year, only employee and immediate family living in same house are eligible, every car model has a predetermined discount, must keep car for a year....lots of other rules.

Idk if all do it but At my dealership, I believe all cars have a discount program by the dealership and BMW as well, but BMW normally targets entry and worst sellers. I think I can get a base i3 for almost 200 a month.
I have a 60,450 435i for 511 a month with 3.6k down after employee discounts
Limited to 2 cars, but idk if it's 2 cars a year or at any given time
U must lease, buying doesn't have discounts
Must be employed for 90 days

It's 2 cars per calendar year, and yes the i3 is basically a give away. I have a co-worker that has a fully loaded car at 54k and it's less than 280

those prices are nuts. ive read a lot about how car salesmen make their $ and it aint easy so i guess these kinds of incentives at least even things out a bit. no offense to the dealers on the boards. here in canada it's even worse, we dont have as much volume as you guys in 'merica do.

This is hilarious! No but really I rarely tell people what I pay to drive because it's unattainable by somebody not working for BMW. I'm sure everyone here has some perk due to work that nobody else has access to. Ours just happens to be awesome

I work for a travel agency and I get wicked deals on stuff, though I would rather pay $400 for a M3 lease

Yeah I think I get 10% off on overpriced roofing shingles. AWESOME

PS: You mean to say you work for a BMW dealer not BMW? Or you would be based in NJ.

Yes I am a CA at a dealer in Washington State. So technically I'm not a BMW employee as I am an employee of the ownership of the dealer

500/month on an M4 is a great deal but can't forget tax/fees (if it isn't already) and then insurance.. And not to mention not all jobs at the dealership pay that well :-)

you can not get a M4 for $500/month with out significant $$ down. Can in point, the poster saying they got a 435 for $511....AFTER almost 4 grand out of pocket. Without the $$ down it would be closer to $610.The i3 lease is great but that is definitely helped by BMW giving you the full $7500 tax credit up front. But still, not $200 without $$ out of pocket. Still, this is very nice....but detail guys arent driving around new Mcars for Corolla money.

And the discount isnt only on leases. You can pay cash retail, finance, Selct....any of the available programs. It is just that the discount makes the lease REALLY attractive. I stole my 328 last November after they added the $4000 off remaining 2014s. They will also do specials on certain cars from time to time. 2 years ago the 3 Active Hybrid employee was stupid cheap. Currently, Mini has an insane 1 yr lease for us on paceman and Countryman. So , if you look out for something like that you can really swipe something.
