Voice navigation volume level

I recently noticed the navi voice volume level became higher than when I first took delivery. Either that or its just me.

Does anyone know how to adjust the volume level? I looked around in options and I don't believe you can adjust the volume. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated-thanks in advance!

when nav guidance is speaking, use the volume knob to adjust it.

simple and intuitive.

I'm pretty sure I tried that but to make mine louder and it didn't work... I looked around in settings and couldn't find anything. Is there any way to make the voice louder? I can't hear it when I'm listening to the radio. Thanks.

What you've already been told *is* the way, there is nothing in the settings. Just get the nav voice to speak (e.g. press the button on the steering wheel) and adjust the volume control while she is talking. Ask for help so that she goes through the list of commands, that way you'll have time to adjust the volume to the level you want.

Above method worked perfectly for me. A bit counter-intuitive, but tested and proven.
