Isn't there any info or will there not be any additional exterior colors or interior trim for MY2014?

...hoping that m sport f32 gets an option for black leather with blue stitching like the convertible soon.

For my configuration, stepping up to the 335 adds $4400!

It seems like only the diesel M Sport models have fog/aux lamps in the US.

Is this really new news? The only change that I can see from the "old" MY2014 ordering guide of three months ago is the wood trim at no cost for the 320i -but it is still $500 in the website.

I'm ordering a 320i and the $500 charge for the wood trim is there.

Launch control on the F30 is useless, it is a brake torque maneuver. Just hold the big fat pedal down, press the long skinny pedal until you get 4k revs, make sure it is in sport trans mode and sport + and dump the brake, boom you have launch control on the F30...

So glad they are making the sport steering wheel standard. I despise every time that I get a loaner that I have to grip that pathetic excuse of a former standard steering wheel. It felt so skinny and cheap.

Ditto, I think I was literally allergic to that steering wheel on those loaners. My palms felt like they were having a bad chemical reaction to the wheel.

Yup. And when in Sport mode A.S.S. defaults to OFF. Nice!

I hate all these lines. I prefer to build my own vehicle. My preference would be, Premium pkg, Sport package, Xenon, and Heated seats. I want to choose whatever color I want for the interior. I don't want piping on my seats, nor any other color going accross my dash. And I really don't like having to fuss with that I-drive knob in order for me to turn something on, or off. I wish BMW stook to the basics that made it the Ultimate Driving Machine. Leave all those bells and whistles for someone else.

You can, in some parts of the world - it's called BMW Individual and has various options in various countries. The most flexible is mainly Europe, I think. Check out the BMW Indivudual app on the Apple AppStore if you want to be depressed at the possibilities.

Interesting. I thought that there was a huge difference in price of cars in the US when compared to SA cars, but there is actually not.

Lower down in the model range, the car price differences are small, but it becomes more apparent when you look at the 335i.

I think you're going to find a lot of people try and get the 3 series M sport front bumper style for the 4 series. I know it doesn't have the functional ducting to the air vents behind the wheels, but I think people are going either going to modify the design or sacrifice the performance benefits for looks.

Wonder if the new wheel would be compatible with the old airbag. That would be awesome, for current base model owners to upgrade the wheel.

Apparently no, not yet. I have just tried the »build your own» from our Canadian website and «comfort line» is still an option and M sport is not showing as available for 328's sedan vs the US site. Damn!!!

I don't think so; all the non-sport '14 cars around here still have the ugly steering wheel.
