All right guys i'm back, and i'm starting to get mixed feelings about my headlights. I managed to sell my stock headlights for a decent price, so got back some money.

The price I paid is to be expected in Europe, it's normal prices are cheaper in the US, as is everything that has to do with electronics in the states.

Here's a pic of the headlights with the DRLs on:

The DRLs look pretty good. I thought first they tried to design the shape to look kind of like the F32 style headlights, but after receiving them in real, not so. They should have just made them to look more like the original F30 or F32 Angel Eyes instead... it would not have been a lot more difficult than what they managed to fabricate now.

I would compare the quality of these to the U-Led and "Eagle Eyes" projector headlights.
The ones I have here look better than the U-Led and "Eagle Eyes" headlights though, and in America they go for the same price, so I would definitely choose the ones I have here over the U-Leds or "Eagle Eyes" because they actually have real "Angel Eyes" and not just some U-shaped LEDs.

BUT I personally wish I went for the DEPO headlights. I really thought these would look like F32 in real, but they just don't. I feel regret, because the DEPO headlights look like perfect OEM but these ones look quite a bit cheaper.

I'm thinking to replace these with the DEPO headlights and just sell them for whatever I can get.

The main reason is because the ones I have are blacked out, and it just looks weird. If I would have gotten the silver ones I would have probably just kept them. I keep seeing thousands of other BMWs around here, and none of them have similar Angel Eyes as mine.

Sometimes I feel like, "Oh geez, just keep them, whatever. At least now I have projectors and decent looking DRLs" but the other part in me says "Fuck no! They don't look OEM! RICCCCEEERRR!!! Get the DEPO headlights now! and sell these."

What do you guys think?

I'm going to be driving with this car 2 more years at most. After that, i'll either sell it or let my wife use it until she gets tired of it.

I'm disappointed to fork out that much money again right now on the DEPO headlights.
She likes the headlights and doesn't see anything wrong with them, women probably see cars differently.

For sure my next car will be one with factory xenon headlights. This is something I didn't look into while looking for my car. I had no clue the factory headlights were going to be that classic halogen-type looking.

I now also know that blacked out headlights don't go well on a black car. If I ever buy a car again with halogen headlights (very unlikely) i'll definitely know to look out for OEM type looking headlights and not some fantasy type headlights like these.

I also bought these off eBay. Also went black but on an alpine white 328, haven’t installed yet. But FYI they are manufactured by sonar in Taiwan. Quality looks good out of the box.

How was the fit? How long did install take you. Hopefully installing mine soon

I'm assuming these just came out recently, that's why there are no photos online.

It took 3 hours total with my mechanic. Make sure you align everything before screwing it back on.

Please post some photos of yours when they are installed.

Can you post pics of your beam pattern and cut off since you have HIDs installed in them? Thanks!

Taking a few more days before I can do a proper beam pattern. I need to get my mechanic to sort some stuff out first.

I'm slowly starting to like the headlights again, probably because i'm too lazy to buy another set and take them off again.

They're just a bit too dark for a black car like mine.
They have some F32 style inspiration in the design, but it's definitely not.

thanks for posting this - i was trying to figure out whether it was possible to install an aftermarket xenon hid kit (like morimoto) with these...

Which Xenon HID kit did you use?

Here are some photos of mine.. I got the silver ones and they aren't bad looking at all..The Leds are bright. I install some morimoto HIDS as well and the beam pattern is great with projects.

Thanks for the awesome pictures. They look good in silver.

Please post some more pics if you have the same headlights here guys. I would have appreciated it if there were some more photos available of these headlights online before I purchased them, so let's share.

Wish I have the skill to do this. How much the shop will charge you to install this?

Not much compared to what you paid for the car.

2017???

I am just starting my search as I got a 2017 320i Xdrive as a leftover so had to take what I could find. Unfortunately no LEDs or Xenon and I am having a hard time finding any Xenon lights for my model year.

Everything I look up says 2012-2015 but nothing after that.

Any help?

Also looking for a reputable shop in Central NJ for install.

Thank you to all.

mailto:bryan@kiesmotorsports.com this is your guy. I think they are close to Cherry Hill. I got a quote from them. Bbkeys is Bryan's Bimmerpost avatar name.

Search Keis Motorsports. He also has an install video on the site.

He talked about the Depo lights for his car.

Thanks. I've seen his videos. They are great. I saw that particular video but I think the price is going to be pretty high. Almost 2k before install.

The Depo lights are circa $600 the Utizma (excuse the spelling) are closer to $2k.

The install was at my house (nr King of Prussia) was quoted around $400 plus taxes... that may have changed as was 6 months ago.

1k is a little better than 2k. LOL! I will reach out to him. I already spoke to him about the comfort access but as they do not hook up with memory seats it just didn't make any sense.
