Feeler-lease takeover '17 340xi MPPSK incentive

Hi all,

Update:
20 months remaining!
$1000 cash incentive
Added classy 40 degrees tint to back windows and rear. Also de-badged (took out 340 and xdrive badges for a cleaner look)

Back in the market to transfer the lease on my 2017 340ix. This car is a BLAST to drive, the extra power of the MPPSK and the paddle shifting is super crisp!
Just serviced and reprogrammed at dealership, exhaust sound is deeper now, love it!

It is fully loaded, doesn't come any better than this:

Mineral Grey/Black Dakota leather-aluminum trim.

Current miles: 14,400 and will go up as it is my daily driver.
Total mileage allowance:32000
Months remaining: 20

1.Track Handling Package (M-Sport brakes/variable sport steering)
2.M-Performance Power and Sound Kit. MPPSK (355HP/360 lb/ft torque)
If you are not familiar with it, this is the factory tune + the sport exhaust.
Check the youtube videos (NOT MY CAR, this is just to show M-sport exhaust sound):

3.M-Sport package: 19" orbit grey M-Wheels, adaptive M-suspension, interior aluminum trim/w blue highlight.

4. Technology package

5. Cold weather package.

A few highlights to answer potential questions: heads-up display, folding rear seats, summer performance tires, black kidney grills, comfort access, Harmon Kardon sound/Apple carplay, winter floor liners. ALL INCLUDED.

Here's the financial details:
Lease inception: June 1 2017
Lease termination: May 30 2020
20 months left.
Monthly payment: $685 + tax.
I also added the BMW vehicle protection that provides up to $8000 coverage for excess wear and tear, including scratches, rim/tire protection, etc... Wouldn't want to drive the car without this. Extra $9/month.

Current miles: 14400 miles
Total mileage allowance: 32,000
Approximate miles per month: 880
You can purchase additional miles for $0.24/mile.

This well optioned 3 series is as close as it gets to an M3 with the added practicality of an x drive.

I'm not sure I completely understand this. You lease a car for 3 months?? Are you losing any depreciation or value other than deposit and 3 months payment? I'm only asking because it seems either a genius way to buy a new car for 3 months or a really expensive way to rent a car for 3 months. Honestly can't figure it out.

Are you interested in the car or trying to analyze people'a decisions to buy or sell a car?
Priorities and financial conditions change on a short notice, I am considering exiting the lease as we are now considering a new house purchase if this is what you are asking.

What's the benefit to buying this used car vs getting the same payment for a brand new one? Looks to be about the same price as new

Thank you for your valuable input. It is possible some one is interested in the unique MPPSK/track handling options and may be I am willing to provide an incentive to that someone.

Maybe someone down the street from me or in Chicago does not want to wait for a month to take delivery of the best factory optioned three series and want to take care over my lease instead.

Incentive Applied

Guys, I am providing a $1000 incentive for a lease takeover before November. I will retract this if there are no takers.

Maybe someone doesn't mind a lightly used 3k mile car. You save inception ~2k, shorter lease ($2k savings) and he's covering the transfer.

2018 orders may have a worse residual/MF also.

Why do you even care? Shoo.

I built the same car (red interior) and with 12k miles a year and absolutely nothing down, it was $602 a month including 6.5% mass sales tax. You may want to provide more incentives to at least compete with a new custom order.
