Its got an ugly fat arse.
What did they do to the gorgeous 3 series coupe
Saw one today in SE and from the back it didnt look very good at all. Im really hoping this grows on me because the 4 series was my banker as my next car |

It's a gorgeous car.
I went through the same thing in getting rid of my e92 to get this, and even after I had I thought I'd made a mistake. I loved the e92 immensely as it's just a classic sexy, curvy, beautiful shape. But now 3 months later and a 3000 mile road trip holiday round France, Italy and Switzerland and I now lurrrrrrve the f32. It is definitely a grower on you. One thing I would say is take your time and spec it right |

Having driven the E92 approaching 8 years now its hard to move on.
Sometimes i catch the reflection in a window as im driving and the side profile of the E92 is just perfect. I think the F32/F30 has suffered due to the BS EU laws with its front end. I mean who cares about a few pedestrians? The E92 was unique in the range. it had its own design and now i feel they borrowed so much from the the F30 and 5/6 series its just another BMW in the range. Im going to have to drive one soon and find out because that might sway me. If only the pricing was realistic. No way am i paying current pricing on a 6 pot one yet! |

I like the look of the F32 and I also think the F30 and F31 are the best looking in their class.

The E46 coupe was the "perfect" 3-series a few years ago and the E92... what have BMW done? The back end was criticised for being out of proportion. Now it is looked back on as a well proportioned car, even elegant. It was either elegant from day one, or it is still butt ugly. Most of the issues I feel are to do with us as humans, getting comfortable with something different. Shows even Bangle designs can be loved. Try one, you know you really want to! HighlandPete |

Personally I think it looks massive next to my old E92, loved that shape.
Its not a bad looker though, but very samey to the 3's as previously stated, unlike the E92. |

It's almost the same size and a bit lower, and as for weight it actually weighs less, I think the E92 looks dated, and I've never really like it, I'd rather have an E90 given the choice of older BMW's, but I didn't like the E9* and would never have bought one

IMHO the E92 is the best looking car BMW have made since the original 6 series!
Classy, simple, elegant, not over-designed like many are now. It looks great from every angle, the proportions are perfect. It doesn't look overly chunky or aggressive either.

i went into a stealer for an E90 16k budget.
I walked out with a 27k E92 Thats how much i loved the E92. I was 22 years old! I turned 30 yesterday Every time i saw one driving down the motorway i used to think "damn thats a nice car.... wait shit thats mine!" There are some nice features of the F32 which are more modern but i think they have dropped the ball in some areas. I still think the Satnav on the F series is an abomination. There is no fixing that |
