Just delivered '13 335i Xdrive
We just received our car yesterday, took it for a trip today...wow, this car is a lot of fun! I'm impressed that it doesn't sit too high being an Xdrive...and really like the M sport suspension, m steering wheel...still breaking it in, more pics to follow...

Here is a few more from our trip, car is really tight, very impressed. We switched between my M3 and the 335ix (had to bring both) and this car handles!
Cheers!

I have the M adaptive...it's a very impressive system! There is a significant difference between comfort and sport+...comfort is great for just cruising, sport+ really makes the car hunker down and the steering becomes much closer to the M3. You get the best of both worlds...the M3 has edc adjustments, but it really makes it either tight and tolerable on rough roads to track/smooth tightness that is not a lot of fun on rougher freeways. Body roll is still less in the M3, but for an xDrive car, I am really impressed with the 335i.

Thanks, it's an 8spd A, we debated the 6 speed, but it is such a pain in traffic and the 8spd is just soo good! I used to be the guy who ranted about manuals only, but the tide has turned, this and my DCT give you a lot with little downside.

Yeah, it is the way of the "Wet" coast!!...and besides, with me buying an X drive it pretty much guarantees we will have a snowless winter!

Hello kahunacanuck, I have a question for you. The wheel looks like optional 19” 403M. Since you got the XDrive model, is it still staggered setup? (Front:19x8, 225/40R19, Rear:19x8.5, 255/35R19)

Not to answer your mail, but to the previous poster, yes it is a staggered set-up for the 19s on the xdrive. No square or all season option w the 19s on the Msport xdrive (unless you know someone who knows someone). |

Bridgestone (s001s I think is the model), glad they aren't Conti's!

I knew the price of RFT were expensive but holy crap $337(front) and $401(rear), they are indeed pricy (price from TireRack). I have never owned a car with staggered setup and RFT. I hope they don’t wear out too fast.
