Help!

I got a wheel alignment on the car on Tuesday. Today I go to lunch and I am hearing a clunking noise after I go over a bump. I checked under the car and everything looks good. Yesterday I did hit a pothole pretty hard but the noise didnt start until today. I am lowered on eibach springs. What do you guys think?
