I agree, but I am just on the fence on this one... I have always liked dark interiors until I got my '09 528i Xdrive with the light interior and kind of liked the contrast. As I said earlier, I have a long wait until my car VIN is issued, so I will probably go back land forth on this one.

Coral Red is amazing! I had it on my last F30 and ordered it on my new F30. I never get tired of how good it looks. I have never received so many positive comments on my interior until I got a red interior.

CR looks better with the black dash. The red dash is hideous. It would look much better if it was leather but that dash material in red looks weird IMO.

Here you go.
I have had black leather interiors all my life. I am so bored of them. Life is too short to be boring. I think I succeeded in getting the brightest BMW possible. Also, I am quite proud of my new camera THis pic shows off how nicely wood goes with Coral Red leather.

What you mean is the 4 series red dash as opposed to the 3 series.

It's tough to represent Coral accurately in photos...Any overexposure makes it look a lot brighter/flashier than it actually is. I have MG over Coral and am very happy with Coral...everyone who's seen it complements the color as well. I would not want the red under-dash area though, so if leather dash was required to get that part black I'd do it...but I'd probably order leather dash regardless.

Yea in pictures it comes out really bright, but its not that bright in persoN?

It is not bright at all and I think older BMWs had more intense red leather than Coral red.

Coral red does not photo well and can look horrible. It's something you need to see in person so you can make an informed decision.

Actually, Coral Red and wood works just fine with a stick as well.
Get it? Stick, wood. Almost as funny as your quip. Truthfully, I was reluctant to get red. But the black was just too boring and dull, I've had 2 beige interiors. My preference probably would have been Saddle Brown, but I needed m-Sport and the outgoing 335 was Saddle. Now that I've had the car a week, I must say I like the red, the inside of the car is quite stunning. jummo |
