Brakes we $1940 or something (under $2k) including rear rotors (not normally included unless purchased in a bundle deal). Bought brand new from a local BMW dealer.
Install...quoted 6 hours. |

Dam, they are nice. You made me think about this now, but $$$ is an issue now. I'm getting the M-Performance suspension on friday. Like $2500 out of the door.

Mmm. I like to keep everything under warranty as I have CPO till 2021. The other cheaper options are dinan and H&R springs but dont want it to low. The other option full aftermarket ones are in the same 2k -3k price and no warranty. MPS has good reviews on the forum. I kind of like all MP parts. I have MPPK, MPE, MP door sills, MP side decal, now MPS, then loking for the MP brakes and MP front lip but not sure in that one how will look on G-Silver.

Damn, I didn't realize how puny those rear brakes are :/
I wanted to powder coat mine red or yellow but now I'm having second thoughts about doing it since the rear brakes are gonna stick out so much |

Well, another option that is available for us is to get just the rear caliper + the rotor as the current one wont fit. Then just paint the front and add the m logo. What do you think?

Front calipers are the same as the blue one and MP ones. But not the rotor of course. With the blue one you get the 370mm rotor non drilled and with the MP you get 370mm rotor drilled. With the gray one that we have is 340mm rotors. Rear one are the same for both "blue and MP 345mm rotor" and we use the crapy gray caliper with 330mm rotor. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, if you use your car as a daily driver, you'll have to rebuild your coilovers from time to time which means downtime. |
