Leak (water?) from under car

I've just noticed a leak underneath my 2016 330e.
It's clear and there's no smell to it, looks to be water. Any ideas?

Apparently a car leaking water is a common thing> https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/k...nd-what-to-do/ Mine looks like it's just pissed itself though.

Most likely the air conditioning.

Hopefully it's a non issue then. It has just been charging and kicking out some noise as it keeps itself cool, I've just never noticed the water before.

Aircon; it'll be working hard currently with it being hot & humid

Nothing to worry about

When its coloured or looks oily/makes rainbows, then you need to investigate further
