My experience is similar. It's useless at Navigation.

Either than that, it works much better than older systems I've used and it works better than the systems I've tried on a few other vehicles like Nissan (super SUCKS), Ford (mildly sucks, but still sucks), and GM (a moderate amount of suck-ness that makes getting a ticket a better option than making a phone call using hands-free).

While not as clever as Siri or Google Voice, among car systems, it's acceptable.
