Passenger mirror stopped working

Put CF mirror caps on this weekend and now the passenger mirror is not working. Process was the exact same for drivers side and works no problem. I can hear the motor working but mirror won't move. Any ideas? Thanks all..

Tilt the mirror up - pushing on the top of the mirror. Typically there are retaining clips behind the mirror. See if any of them have become dislodged.
