Lease Takeover: 335i Sportline $426 Payment!
Putting out a feeler for lease takeover for my BSM 2013 Sport Line 335i. Lease payment is very low at $426 per month including VA tax. Love the car but looking to switch into an M3 by the end of this year. When I signed the lease I put down $5000 to reduce the monthly payment. However soon after signing the lease I switched jobs and had to commute a much greater distance than I had originally thought  . As such, I have went about 5k miles over the mileage allowance for the first year of the lease.To offset this, I am asking for only $1k from the person overtaking the lease. I'll eat the nearly $4k extra downpayment, which will cover the 5k extra miles and then some... Lease Details: - 22 months left (7/9/16 lease end) - 16k (currently garaged and not driven) - 10k per year lease - End of lease residual value $31,544.10 - Current buyout is $37,434.79 Terms: Down Payment to me: $1.5k Buyer to pay transfer fee of $500 Condition: The car is in fantastic condition. Hand washed weekly and kept in a garage at all times. Wheels/tires were immediately switched out for aftermarket, and as such tires have nearly zero wear on them. I'll be selling completely stock, but am willing to include the following parts as well: -Challenge HFC Downpipe -BMW Gloss Black Grills Included Options: Sport Line Automatic Transmission Navigation HK Sound Heated Seats Interior, Exterior, and Window Sticker pictures will be up by Thursday evening, I am out of town until 11/13.
