Buying wheels on ebay is like buying a Rolex in Chinatown lol it may look good, but how long will it last? It's always best to go through a reputable dealer here on the forums that specialize in these products.

At that price, you might as well save a little more and go OEM.
Lots of people here however have gotten reps from OEMConcept...
