Rear brake pad warning lights keeps coming on

I had my rear brake pads changed a few weeks ago and the warning lights came back on.

I reset the warning lights myself and a few days later, it came back on again. What gives, why does it keep coming back on.

Did I reset it wrong? How do you guys reset the rear brake pad warning lights?

Sounds like the wear sensor wasn't changed, or is defective.

Here is a pix to help you. On my 335i F30, this sensor is located on the rear/right brake. It is attached to the inside pad.

Good working sensor has "continuity", bad sensor (when it's worn out), shows disconnected.

Pretty easy to pull it out with a needle nose plier and perform a visual inspection.
