10.25 Android Headunits

Hi. I had installed a Gen 1 unit (from Aliexpress) for my F30 last December. The unit has been working fine for almost a year now. Yesterday when I switched off the car the unit was playing a video. The next time I started the car, my unit is not moving out of the BMW Connected Drive screen. I pressed the reset button etc but the system is stuck in the boot loop I think. Has anyone gone through similar problem and know way out of this issue? Is there a new ID6 update that I could put on the SD card to resolve the issue?

I've managed to get my unit stuck in boot loop after using an app to change the boot animation.
does anyone know how I can fix it please?
