This "gran coupe" thing is really stupid. It's either a two door coupe or it's a four door sedan. All the even numbers are suppose to be "coupes", but why have a 4 door coupe? Why not just make the M6 a two door coupe and an M7 a four door "gran coupe"(SEDAN).
Gran Coupe with four doors is like having a Mini Sedan with two doors, I don't get the point. It's "sleeker" bla bla. |

The 4 series will be a very sporty looking car on the road. Love the proportions, its got an aggressive stance. I'd say that is more masculine than the non M e92 was. Those lights look sharp and high tech. Whats rally weird are the front and rear bumper details, though I'm certain that this element won't make production. Cant imagine how good this car will look once the M Division gets their hands on it.

Just my opinion but I dont like it. Im not feeling all the front bumper lip look of the diffuser in the back. Those mirrors look ridiculous and I would never enjoy looking at those front grilles. To all their own.

Same here went out and bought an M3 instead, I hated the naming 4 series why don't they just leave it alone by calling 3 series coupe.

That looks aggressive as ****. Awesome.
Although I'm not sure I am a fan of that weird ass "grill" on the rear bumper.

A detuned version of the M4 engine or a revised N55 or ...?
Better be force inducted with 350+ 'underrated' hp or will be hard sale with the Infiniti and Lexus groups pull 330+ out of NA applications. |

Got the 335is as a place holder till the M4 comes out. So far so good. If it looks bad in person the new Corvette will come into play but so far am not all that thrilled with the Vettes exterior design. Expect them to have similar base engine power.

Like many, I'm not enthusiastic about BMW's new naming nomenclature. Shifting form actual engine size to projected power was awkward enough for me. However, the new coupe actually looks quite attractive. How about debadging and referring to it as the 35i or the 28i as the case may be?

That is one seriously ugly car. Just can't believe they would actually put this into production. Not giving me much hope on the M4 or whatever they decide to call it.

Those all led headlight from the 4er should definitely go into production. There should be no question about that, hopefully the BMW people responsible for making those decisions realize that as well.
