very nice - sure it will be a great car. Not dissimilar deal to my SQ5 that I bought end of Aug / Sept delivery - I put a bigger deposit in but the overall cost remarkably similar....

I love my petrol powered SUV - hugely refined, pretty damn quick, not stupidly bad on fuel (except on the school run etc), and very comfortable. Pretty discrete too - which is important when you just want to get to places quickly and quietly...

How are you finding the SQ5? I have to say, the current Audi interiors make them very tempting Cars.

It was the interior that did it for me - son in law had a new shape 530d so I could imagine what a new X3 would be like, and just preferred the finish of the Audi. I love the Virtual Cockpit, although lets be honest, you try one view and then find your preferred and stick with it.

I dont treat it as a sports car - to me its a refined motorway express that makes a nice noise and can do 33mpg on a run.....

Not great....but not too bad either!!

Waiting for other figures and will probably take a huge gamble and order!
Best quote now is £3.5k discount with monthlies- £602.

Getting text drive in 30d on Monday. And assuming I don’t hate that one (which I doubt) - will be taking gamble to order the M40i without driving it.

Seen a few of these now and I have to say I prefer the old model, new headlights are far too small, grilles are too big and because the headlights don’t meet the grilles it makes it look like an older generation car to me!

The kidneys are massive, aren't they? I'm with you on this one, not keen on the front end at all. Would undoubtedly look a whole lot better with black grills I think.

Not sure about black grilles, usually they don't look right on big grilled models.

For me the front of the new X3, aside from interior, is the best change.

Took a short test drive in an X Line 2.0d. Only one they had, would like to get a look at an MSport

I quite liked it, the interior is very nice, good driving position. Bigger than what I imagined.

It did feel a bit dead but to be fair I got straight into it after driving 60 Km in a 30d.

Could live with one I suppose.
