In theory, yes. Depends on how long they've been in use. If you've never replaced them, you may want to do so now, as the batteries in them wear out and sometimes they can corrode due to moisture inside the tire. There's also a chance of damage when they're removed.
I've done this kind of swap before, and it's always been my policy that when I get new wheels, I get new sensors. Be careful when ordering them, as there are different part numbers depending on your manufacture date. There are several sources online - just google BMW TPMS sensors, and also check realoem.com for your correct part number. Believe me, it's worth it, especially if you put the old ones in, get your tires mounted and balanced, and then find that you have a bad sensor when you try to reset your TPMS system. Ask me how I know.

You should be able to move them no problem but I suggest you use a "rebuild kit". The kit contains the grommet, retaining nut, core, and cap. The grommet or rubber washer is the most important part of the kit. A reputable tire store will always install a TPMS kit even when they are just changing tires.
Check https://www.discounttire.com/learn/tpms-rebuild-kits for a good diagram.
