Unknown tyre pressure

Hello people!

I have F30 318d (2012) with 18" M style wheels and with tyres 245/40 R18.

I can't find in that door sticker exact tyre pressure for my car? Do you have some sugesstion of how many bars should I put?
Most of the time (80%) I'm alone in car, and sometimes max 1 person more is driving with me.

Give empty weight of car and weight of persons.
Then I will estimate the axle weights, and calculate a save pressure for that.
Also search on sidewall for XL/reinforced/extraload , if not its standard load.
The maxload and speedcode I will google.
Also gove max speed you use and wont go over for even a minute.
