on JB4 AMP Connector....

Hello all,

I have an inquire with a few question.

I know there are two wiring as per the install guide.

-. What is the High Can signal on pin 2 and pin 15?
(e.g, Look at the green 2 wire from the AMP connector. Where should this line connect to the car's OBDII connector pins?)
-. What is being happened when it is not connected properly between JB4's OBDII and Car's OBDII?

Thank you in advance.

You pic is not working?

The OBD connection has 2 wires. If they are not connected properly then you will not have CAN access with the JB4 and the JB4 will turn itself off and default to map1 (stage1 equivalent)

Hello Mike,

Yes. It does not draw in the application's Map 1/2/5. Is there a way to check if the OBDII connector is OK?
According to my memory, the brown wiring was connected to the OBDII pin 6 of the vehicle and the green wire was connected to the OBDII pin 14 of the car.

What is the problem?

Thank you in advance

The harness should be plug and play and pre-pinned into the JB4. What happened to the harness that its not pinned in? Maybe I am missing something as I don't understand the issue?

If you plug into the JB4 app or Connect Kit and you see engine parameters then OBD is working..
