Normally Upgrade Index (last digit) is incremented by one, but not always the case.

In trying to connect to my car to obtain an authorisation code, nothing appears in the target area of the E-Sys software (3.26.1). Further down the VIN appears correctly.

Could anyone advise me if this is a software fault or cable, or just my stupidity.
