Difference on F30 built on/before Mar-2014

As the thread title says; does anyone knows what difference are between this 2 build dates. Is clearly not and LCI upgrade; but it does changes things you an get (i.e. softwares updates) and in some sites points a difference for suspension options.

I tried different searches but not luck in the meat and potatoes of the difference.

thx!

Garage List
03/14 upwards has the On Board Navigation standard. If it's between 07/13 and 02/14 and you didn't take the premium package, you will not get nav.

Nav is def not standard in the states. It has to do with wheels/suspension. Otherwise why do tirerack and all suspension vendors ask that question
