LA Area F30 General / Coding Meet: Sunday, January 26th, 2014 9:00am at the LA Zoo
I've received several requests to setup another coding meet, so...
What: A general F30 get together and coding meet. When: Sunday, January 26th, 2014 at 9:00am until whenever, probably around noon or so. Porto's for lunch again??! Where: LA Zoo. We meet at the North-East corner of the LA Zoo parking lot. There's should be plenty of free parking. https://maps.google.com/maps?q=34.150849,+-118.283253 Please post a message on this thread if you plan on attending, and indicate if you want to code your car so I'll know how many cars will need to be done. Each car takes 20-30 minutes depending on how many features are coded. I'll stick around until everyone that wants to be coded is coded. If there are any coders out there willing to help out, please chime in. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Below is the current coding list summary of the things that can be coded on F30's. For those that have the Xenon's and High Beam Assistant, there is now a way to enable the European Glare Free High Beam mode! Last edited by Frogman; 01-08-2014 at 01:12 AM.. |

Hey Tom, I'm gonna try my best to stop by. Have some family stuff that day. I'm getting my PPK installed soon and that might clear all my codes, haha. Thanks again!

Sorry, I don't think that's a good idea.
EAS does coding as a chargeable service for those that don't want to take on any risk/responsibility for coding their car and I fully agree with and support EAS in doing this. Therefore, I don't think it would be very cool thing to do to go there and do free coding on cars that they are legitimately trying to get business from. |

If any of the people that plan on attending want to update their Navi maps to 2014-1 (CIC only, not NBT), please send me a PM.
The process takes about 30 minutes per car, so the number of cars that can be updated on Sunday is limited. |

If you guys set a OC meet, i'll definitely attend! Doesn't need to be as far as Tustin because that's pretty far for Frogman but Cerritos/ Fullerton/ Roland Heights/ Diamond Bar would work also!
