Help! Critique My Lease Offer

Hi Everyone! I just got back from the dealership and am really close to signing my name on the dotted line! This is the offer they gave me. I've been reading around on f30post and wanted to know if you guys think this is a good deal:

BMW 328i
Jet Black, Sport Line, Tech Package, Premium Package, BMW Assist, Satellite Radio (and a couple other things)

MSRP: $46,595
Negotiated Price: $44,300
MF: .00136
Residual: 65%

Cash: ($5,470 ($3,500 in security deposits to lower MF))- This includes the Acquisition fee of $925
Rebate: $1,000
Total Due at signing: Cash + Rebate: $6,740

Monthly Payments: $499.98

I'm not looking for the best deal, just wanted to know that i'm not getting screwed. these leases are so hectic!!!

My order is similar to yours except no sport line but I did add cold weather package......my payment is 499 per month with about 2,600 cash up front.

Cool! I don't need the cold weather package since I'm California. I think I'll pull the trigger! I'm so excited!!!

Pull the trigger! I have been waiting 25 years for a bimmer and right now I am no more than 2 weeks away from hopping in and driving her home!
