Looks very similar to the XE!

Is it a facelift or whole new model?

Apparently they have designed them to be similar.

I think they wanted to bring the ranges closer together in styling / looks but different market segments, 3 and 5 for example.

Just been watching the very same video's!!! It looks a face lifted model. Dash looks very similar to the previous model. Too much like the XE but guess the new 5er will be similar to the F3x

Not a facelift, using aluminium-intensive architecture this time. Should be a good handling and riding car.

The new infotainment system (partnered with intel) looks very interesting.... Streets ahead of what they had before.

Look from 10:00 :

All strength to Jaguar.

They are investing and employing heavily around this area and will be building a new global R&D centre in Coventry.

They are also taking on more apprentices this year.

This coupled with good looking and nice to drive cars.

Nice to see what reaches production from the Special Vehicle Operations Division

Looks very nice. I could see me with an XE or XF, good cars.

Interior looks a bit plain.

Anyone else think the rotary gear selector is a bit naff and feminine? Same in the Evoque.

Much prefer BMW sticks and the lovely RR Sport lever.

Nope, always been RWD until recently also coming in AWD.

Looks ok, not mind blowing but very much a modern Jag. Probably the brand I'd be most likely to try other than BMW.

It will be interesting to read how it drives.

Looks nice IMO but having come from an XF (well 5 of them) i would be hesitant about going back due to build quality issues. Having said that my 328i seems to like the dealer!!

Yeah there seems to be a common theme with 328i's and liking to be at the dealers, more so than other cars.

I agree, no idea why as it's not even the most common of models, but all the cars I recall with serious hassles were 328is

Maybe it's the way they are built? Mine was standing around for 5 months unregistered before I bought it.

I suppose the new XF has a touch screen like the XE?
If it's got a touch screen it might put me off. As I don't like touch screens.
Its a negative I have to consider when buying a car.
For me the BMW idrive controller is the best about!
