Is this a 335 type-r? Lol
I actually dipped the badge and rear reflectors black back in july. Looked good but felt the car was too black and peeled them off. So easy. I have a bunch of new cans if ppl want. |

LOL, no not type-R. But I used the red so that it would stand out on the black. I could totally see how all black would make it too black.

I've seen it in person and it actually looks pretty good.

Speaking of plasti-dip, I thought I'd experiment and try spraying black, one of my front whiskers black on my AW SportLine.
Opinions on what looks better? Matte silver on right, or plasti-dipped black on left? Sorry for the crummy iphone pic. |

Hey Guys, I would like to share my experience in plasti Dipping
Pictures of the Original Color~ The Excitement Begins~ After 8 Coats, Adding 1/4 turn every coat. Showtime~This was taken at a BMW Meet in a empty airfield To Sum it up, plasti dipping your car as a newbie will be challenging at first, especially if you want that smooth clean consistant finish. Also, this process is like a trail and error, if a paint starts to run or drip, you would have no choice but to do it all over again if you know where i am coming from.
