Leasing in Atlanta

Hello guys,

I am looking to get into my first lease. I have owned other BMW's before but want to try out the leasing option as the ability to upgrade every 3 years is great. Now I have zero experience with leasing cars. What are the current numbers you guys in the Atlanta, GA are getting? What is the best offer out there? I'm looking for a 428 GC m-sport. I would like to put no more than $2000 down. Looking for a standard 36/10 term. Please give me all the insight you have and/or if you can recommend any SA's or dealerships to check out. Thank you in advance. All help is extremely appreciated!!!!!

Your best deal by far will be getting an exec demo before the end of the month. And don't do a cap cost reduction that's just a bad idea.

Yes. It's a little hit and miss since it's analogous to buying a car off the lot. You may need to be a bit flexible on colors or other options, but they're out there. Other option will be a 2016 leftover bought at the end of Sept. Your rock bottom best deal though would be if you could snag a 15 exec demo with what you want on it. June must be soft I've been looking (casually) and I've been getting insanely good offers from dealers, extra $2k off if delivered by 6/30 etc.

June may not be soft, but BMW's average days supply (inventory on lot) has been going up. So sales have not been pacing increased production.

Yes we just got them this month. It's 57% for 36 months and 10k miles. For comparison, they just raised the residual for the 435i Gran Coupe to 63%.

Thanks... What is that compared to the 16' 435? Can we expect a big difference lease payments /owners choice wise on a similarly equipped 16 435 vs a 17 440??
